Sam's Second Annual Studio Sale
Saturday, Dec 10, 11 am - 8 pm

Please join us at the Gallery this Saturday all day long and into the night! Sam has been rapturously creating out on the land and it's time to make more room in the studio. You'll find great bargains on working drawings, sketches, bits and bobs of Sam's creative process. If you hit down town Bisbee after 5 pm you can take in the Second Saturday open gallery scene as well. All the galleries and many shops are open till 8--including SamPoe Gallery! Prepairing for the Arrival of more Altered Books...

Sat Nov 12, 2011, 5-8pm SamPoe Gallery will be hosting the Altered Books show to benefit Friends of the Copper Queen Library. Over 30 altered books, by almost as many artists, will be up for auction. Preparations are underway and Poe has devised some wonderful ways to display the books with his signature style. Come see and be seen, Nov 12 at 5!

We encourage you to explore the altered book genre, a unique and clever medium. Here are some examples by an anonymous artist in Norway who sparked a delightful mystery:
